Cajun seasoning is the second most used seasoning at my house after the Adobo. I like to use smoked sweet paprika instead of the spicy one. I also make this low salt and low in heat so I can adjust as needed. With the small ones I want my food to be full of flavor but not overpowering with heat and salt.
