In a frying pan, heat olive oil and add the collard greens. Add salt and garlic powder. Cook for about 5-7 minutes. Add 1-2 tbsp of water if they get too dry and you like it more tender. Keep tossing until greens are cooked.Serve immediately. You can garnish with cooked bacon on top.
How to prep the greens:Remove the core of the green before cutting.
Roll up all the collard leaves together and slice it very thin.
Notes
You can also use butter or coconut oil instead of olive oil.
